  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund.
  • If canceled within 24 hours of the session, a $10 cancellation fee plus $5 per booked session hour will apply.
  • No refunds are issued after the session has taken place.
  • In cases of emergency, sessions may be rescheduled, but no full refund will be provided.
  • Digital products are non-refundable, but may be exchanged once with a valid reason.
  • Physical products must be returned unused and in original packaging for a refund.

At URFavLifeCoach, I value your time and commitment — and I ask for the same in return. Please review the policy below to ensure clarity around cancellations, refunds, and rebooking.

⏳ Cancellation Timeframe

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
  • If you cancel before 24 hours, you will receive a full refund — no penalty.

💸 Cancellation Fees

If you cancel after the 24-hour window, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • $10 initial cancellation fee
  • $5 per hour for each booked session (to cover time lost and booking limitations)

No refunds will be issued if a session has already taken place.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refunds will be granted after a completed session.
  • Digital products (downloads, guides, templates, etc.) are non-refundable.
    However, a one-time exchange may be offered with valid reasoning.
  • For physical products, returns are allowed only if:
    • The product is returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
    • Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

🔄 Emergency Cancellations & Rebooking

Life happens. If you’re unable to cancel within the 24-hour window due to a verified emergency, you may be eligible to reschedule the session without a full refund. Documentation or communication of the situation may be required.
