At URFavLifeCoach, I deeply value your time, energy, and investment — and strive to offer transparency and fairness in all transactions. Please review the refund guidelines below for clarity and peace of mind.
🧠Coaching Sessions
- Full refunds are available only if the session is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, a partial refund will be issued:
- $10 cancellation fee
- $5 per session hour booked (to cover time lost and availability blocking)
- No refunds will be issued after a session has been completed.
🚨 Emergencies & Exceptions
In the case of a verified emergency, you may be eligible to reschedule your session without additional charges. Full refunds will not be granted but accommodations can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
📦 Product Refunds
- Physical Products:
- Refunds are allowed only if the product is returned in its original, unused condition and packaging.
- Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Digital Products:
- All digital products (downloads, templates, e-books, etc.) are non-refundable.
- However, a one-time exchange may be offered with a valid explanation of your concern.
